We collect the contact details, delivery address, order contents and messages you provide when purchasing or asking for help. An embroidery order also records the text and product to personalise. Please do not put card numbers, passwords or sensitive personal information in an enquiry.

How we use and share information

We use this information to answer enquiries, process payment, fulfil and track orders, handle returns and keep transaction records. Stripe and PayPal process payments. Our hosting, customer-support, email, order-management and delivery providers process information needed to perform their services.

Our company and some service providers operate outside New Zealand, so your information may be processed overseas. Contact us if you need more detail about a provider or the information used for your order.

Images and messages

If you send an image to explain a product or delivery issue, check that it does not contain information you do not want to share, including location metadata. Enquiries are used for support; they are not automatically published as reviews.

Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. We restrict access to information according to operational needs.
