New Zealand delivery, handling times and tracking.
Delivery charges
Standard delivery is free for a goods total of NZ$75 or more after discounts. Below NZ$75, delivery is NZ$25. You may choose express delivery for NZ$25, including when standard delivery would be free.
Delivery time
Allow 5 to 7 days for delivery, in addition to 24 to 48 hours for handling and processing. Embroidery adds 2 to 3 days. These are delivery guides rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Tracking and split parcels
We email a tracking number after dispatch. Items from one order may arrive in separate parcels. If tracking is unclear, contact us with your order number.
